Iron Steed Harley-Davidson Return Policy

 We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return policy below.

In-Store Purchase Return Policy:

  1. No refund will be issued without the original receipt
    1. Refund must be issued to the original form of payment. If original for of payment is not present, refund will be issued onto an Iron Steed Harley-Davidson Gift Card.
    2. Refunds will not be issued to anyone but the purchasing customer upon photo I.D. verification
    3. Depending on your banking institution, return refunds may take up to 5-10 business days.
  2. Returns/exchanges must be within 10 days of purchase and in the original packaging, including tag with part number.
    1. All returned items must not be scratched, soiled or damaged due to wear or installation.
  3. No returns/exchanges on Helmets, no exceptions.
  4. Clearance, Electrical & VIN specific items are non-refundable.

In-Store Special Order Purchase Policy:

 We gladly special-order items not regularly stocked, subject to these policies:

  1. Full deposit required at the time of order, including any applicable shipping fees.
  2. Returns on special orders or non-stock merchandise are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
  3. Special order items must be picked up within 30 days of arrival.
    1. Any items that exceed the 30 day hold window will result in surrender of special order item(s) & deposit be deemed non-refundable.
  4. Iron Steed Harley-Davidson is not responsible for production delays; estimated lead times provided but not guaranteed.

Harley-Davidson.com Online Order Return Information

Iron Steed Harley-Davidson accepts returns of items that were purchased on www.harley-davidson.com, free of charge.

In order for us to process your return, you will need to provide the following:

  • Item(s) you are returning to harley-davidson.com. (item(s) must be in original condition, in original packing)
  • Valid Photo I.D.
  • Purchase order confirmation or original invoice
  • Pre-paid return label (will be emailed to you upon submitting your return on harley-davidson.com)
    • On harley-davidson.com, click "Order History & Tracking" and then hit the "View & Print Label(s)" button near your return requests.

Most returns that are sent back to the Harley-Davidson Motor Company Fulfillment Center will process approximately 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return. A refund of the merchandise purchase price and sales tax will be credited back to your original method of payment and will post 1-3 business days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Once the return is processed, an email confirmation will be sent.
