You will receive an online confirmation email from EagleRider. Prior to pick-up, you will also receive an email prompting you to pre-check-in. Checking in before your pick up will save you time when you arrive! When you pick up your rental motorcycle, be sure you bring your valid driver’s license with valid motorcycle endorsement, and a major credit card. Absolutely! As long as your license has a valid Motorcycle Endorsement, you are ready to ride! Our Rental Team is trained on out of state and out of country endorsement recognition.
Per California law, DOT-approved helmets are required on any motorcycle. Helmet and Jacket rentals are also available at our location. Of course, you’re also welcome to bring your own DOT-approved helmet and jacket. We recommend protective leathers, gloves, denim or leather pants, and sturdy boots. Our location offers additional protective gear for sale.
All rentals include the free loan of DOT-approved half-shell helmets for riders and passengers. We also loan 3/4 or full-face helmets for a charge, subject to availability at the time of pick-up. All rental motorcycles come equipped with one cable lock and disc brake lock for added security
We require a minimum Insurance Damage waiver, VIP PLUS Theft & Damage Waiver. You may also choose additional coverage with the VIP ZERO Theft & Damage Waiver. If you have personal auto or motorcycle insurance, they may cover but it is at their descretion.
